Always wear eye protection, gloves, and respirator to prevent against harmful vapors while spraying.
Never use oxygen or any other combustible or bottle gas as a propellant. Explosion may result.
Use the spray gun only in well-ventilated areas, do not smoke or use near open flame.
Always disconnect the paint gun from air supply when not in use and during maintenance.
Inspect the tool before each use for leakage or misaligned parts. Ensure trigger moves freely.
Never use halogenated hydrocarbon solvent, as it can react with aluminum and zinc parts.
Do not make any modifications to this tool.
Tool operates best on clean, dry compressed air at 29 to 50 psi. Moisture filter is recommended.
Check for worn parts, trigger movement, connect to air, adjust pressure, and clean before use.
Keep gun perpendicular to surface and moving side-to-side at a constant distance for optimal results.
Fine-tune spray patterns, fluid output, and atomization using the three illustrated controls.
Clean paint cup, cap, spray head, needle, and nozzle with thinner until clean.
Wipe exterior with cleaning brush and cloth moistened with thinner. Protect the needle seat.
