Testing
Before removing the valve, depressurize the compressor. See also section Problem solving.
The safety valve (SV) can be tested on a separate air line. If the valve does not open at the set pressure
stamped on the valve, it needs to be replaced.
An additional safety valve is fitted on tank mounted versions. The valve can be tested on a separate air line.
If the valve does not open at the set pressure stamped on the valve, it needs to be replaced.
