Optional equipment
If manual bleeding is desired the automatic bleed
valve can be replaced with a ball cock of the BAL
15 type. When using the manual bleed valve the
water should be drained off at regular intervals
by opening the ball cock. This may be carried out
while the separator is under pressure, but take
great care that no sand, or similar, sprays out and
injures persons nearby.
ln order to facilitate venting the separator when
using the automatic bleed valve the inlet can be
fitted with a special venting shut-off valve.
All optional equipment is stated in the spare parts
list.
Any unauthorized use or copying of the contents or any
part thereof is prohibited. This appiles in particular to
trademarks, model denominations, part numbers and
drawings.
