Vehicles with 6-cylinder engine (six securing bolts):
– Turn crankshaft via vibration damper 180° further in direction
of engine rotation, screw in bolt -4- and tighten
⇒ “2.3 Tightening torques for gearbox”, page 69 .
– Turn crankshaft 60° further in direction of engine rotation (for
each bolt), screw in bolts -5- and -6- and tighten.
– Turn crankshaft 60° further in direction of engine rotation and
tighten bolt -1-.
– Turn crankshaft 60° further in direction of engine rotation (for
each bolt), screw in bolts -2- and -3- and tighten.
