15. Highlight the desired client (if you have more than one client) in the list on the left.
Click OK.
NOTE: Make sure the Pause icon ( ) in the main screen is not pressed.
16. Reset the MP-104 by doing one of the following:
—Click Apply & Reset in the Client Configuration dialog.
Click the RESET button ( ) on the main screen. When prompted, enter the IP
address of the MP-104 and click Reset and Close.
Unplug the AC power cord from the back of the MP-104 and plug it in again.
Press the RESTART button, shown on page 2, using a long pinhole tool (such as a
bent paper clip). You should hear a “click” when you press the button.
The green lamps of the LAN and Ready LEDs should change to yellow and return to
green. If the color of the lamps don’t change, try resetting the client by pressing
RESTART button using a long pinhole tool.
NOTE: If you have more than one AudioCodes MP-104 gateway, repeat steps 8
through 14. The endpoint name and gateway name in the .ini file for each gateway
must also be renamed accordingly.
