13. Reset the MP-104 by doing one of the following:
—Click Apply & Reset in the Client Configuration dialog.
Click the RESET button ( ) on the main screen. When prompted, enter the IP
address of the MP-104 and click OK.
Unplug the AC power cord from the back of the MP-104 and plug it in again.
Press the RESTART button, shown on page 2, using a long pinhole tool (such as a
bent paper clip).
NOTE: Make sure the Pause icon ( ) is not pressed in the main screen.
If you have more than one AudioCodes MP-104 gateway, repeat steps 8 and 13.
The BootP status in the BootP/TFTP Server should show “Client Found” and “100%
OK” on all four files. If not, there is a problem with the file location. Verify that the file
location is accurate and reconfigure the Client Configuration dialog, if necessary.
Once all files are loaded, the green lamps on the LAN and Ready LEDs light. Follow the
instructions on the following pages to launch the MP-104 Web administrator and configure the
application.
