TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem and Solution:
Associated with the maintenance staff, please follow the instructions to check the
causes of the problem.

Shut down the electricity and
reopen the machine
The inserted USB and
Memory Card is not genuine
The machine is unable to
support the non-genuine USB
or memory card. The insertion
of a non genuine USB or
memory card can lead to no
power to the unit.
Please turn the machine off.
The machine will return to
normal after being restarted.
