Warranty conditions
The pressure filter is guaranteed for 36 months from the date of purchase. Please
keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
Damage to the pressure filter within the warranty period, caused by a production
and/or material error, will be repaired free of charge or a replacement product
will be offered. UV-c lamp, quartz glass tube, filter materials, natural wear and
tear, dry running, scale formation, insufficient maintenance, freezing, improper
repairs and damage caused by improper use are not covered by the warranty
claim.
Changes to the pressure filter, as well as shortening the power cable or cutting
the plug will void the warranty claim. Consequential damage caused by failure or
improper use of the pressure filter is not the responsibility of the supplier. In the
event of a warranty claim, please return the product including the warranty
certificate and purchase receipt to the dealer.
