4.4 Infrared remote control*
On delivery, corresponding handset and
control units are set to the same
channel. In order to prevent that the IR
controls of two beds in the same room
will interfere with one another’s
operation, each should be switched
to its own IR channel. Red slider
switches can be found in the battery
compartment of the handset and on the
control unit. Both switches should be
set either to the left or right (see fig. 1).
If both beds are adjusted simul -
taneously using the infrared remote
control or, at the same time, another
remotely controlled is used, the infrared
frequencies may interfere with one
another. In such cases, please operate
the beds and/or appliances separately.
