Calculate the critical thickness through following steps, and take necessary actions.
1) Calculate the refrigerant charge volume A, A= factory charge volume + additional charge volume
2) Calculate the indoor area volume (B) (as the minimum volume)
3) Calculate the refrigerant thickness, A/B ≤ critical thickness 0.3kg/m
3.
Note:
In winter, supply power 8 hours in advance for initial operation so that crankshaft case can be preheated
in advance.
In winter, after main power supply is interrupted for 8 hours, conduct trial operation again only after 2.5
hours of power-on.
