The AVANTREK Macrover 100 functions as an electric bicycle, offering three distinct riding modes: All Electric, Pedal Assisted, and Regular Bike. In All Electric mode, the bike is powered solely by the motor, with speed adjustable via the throttle. Pedal Assisted mode combines human pedaling with motor assistance, enhancing efficiency and range. Regular Bike mode allows the user to pedal without any electrical assistance, functioning like a traditional bicycle. The bike is equipped with a 500W motor and a 36V 13Ah battery, providing a balance of power and endurance for diverse terrains. Its fat tires are designed for all-terrain or street use, offering stability and grip.
The bike features an LCD display for monitoring battery level, speed, pedal assist level, and travel distance. It includes disc brakes for reliable stopping power and a quick-release mechanism for the front wheel and seat post for convenience. The Macrover 100 is designed for user-friendly operation. The handlebar can be rotated 180 degrees for adjustment, and the stem bolts must be securely fastened. Pedals are marked 'L' and 'R' for correct installation, with the left pedal tightened counter-clockwise and the right pedal clockwise. To operate the eBike, the battery switch on the top right of the battery case must be turned on to activate the electrical system. The LCD display is powered on by pressing and holding the 'M' button for 3 seconds. Riding modes are selected via the throttle for All Electric mode or by pedaling for Pedal Assisted mode, with speed levels from 1 to 5. The gear lever and gear button allow for switching between 3x7 gears. To stop, the throttle should be released, and brake levers squeezed.
Safety is emphasized, with recommendations to always wear a helmet and frequently check tire pressures (1.4 bar / 20 psi). The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase for the battery and components (stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, cables, chain, rims, spokes, wheel hub, cassette, derailleur, motor, throttle, controller, kickstand, and reflectors). It does not cover normal wear and tear, damages from accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel.
