Telephones to work with the Indyme Retail Solution – Issue

Abstract
These Application Notes describe the steps required to configure the Avaya 3600 series IP
telephones to work with the SpectraLink NetLink OAI Gateway to support the Indyme Retail
Solution. The Indyme Retail Solution consists of the SOLIS MTS Server, Magellus
Assistance Center and Radius Call box. The solution provides retailers a way to quickly
respond to customer in-store requests for help by text messaging employees’ telephones.
