- Filter Cartridge Cleaning and Replacement:
- Cleaning: Unscrew the filter case, remove the cartridge, and rinse it with a garden hose.
- Replacement: Replace the filter cartridge if it remains dirty and discolored after cleaning, typically every 1-2 months.
- Filter Reminder: The control panel displays "CHG FIL" and sounds an alarm after 150 hours of filtration to remind users to clean or change the filter.
- Drainage:
- The spa can be drained by unscrewing the drain cap and removing the stopper on the bottom.
- After draining, the spa can be cleaned with soap and water.
- The bubbling button can be pressed to blow out water from the jet holes.
- Storage:
- After draining and cleaning, the spa should be wiped dry for 24 hours.
- The valves should be unscrewed to deflate the spa.
- The spa should be folded and stored in its original package in a warm, dry place.
- Repair Kit:
- Small holes or punctures can be repaired using the included repair kit and glue.
- The repair process involves finding the leak, cleaning the area, cutting a round patch, applying adhesive, pressing the patch firmly, and allowing 12 hours for drying.
- Troubleshooting: The manual provides a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common issues such as the control panel not operating, spa not heating properly, bubble massage system malfunction, water filtration issues, pump leakage, and dirty water. It also lists error codes (E1, E3, E4, E5, E6) with corresponding problems, causes, and solutions.
- Warranty: Avenli warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year for the pump and 6 months for the liner, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty requires original proof of purchase and covers repair or replacement of defective products. It does not cover damage from negligence, accident, misuse, improper maintenance, chemical water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
