【Important Note】Step-by-Step Instructions: TV/Monitor Connection
Windows® and macOS users may need to install Displaylink or USB Display to connect the VB342 Pro to a
TV/monitor. Here’s how:
 Step 1: Connect the VB342 Pro to your laptop/TV/monitor with a USB B cable.
 Step 2: Choose one of the following options to proceed
o Click the Detect button to find your supporting driver, and then download Displaylink or USB
Display via the links below (Works on chrome/edge browser only)
o Download AVer PTZApp2 and use it to install either Displaylink or USB Display.
 In PTZApp2, go to System Settings. In the “Install Displaylink” or “Install USB Display”
field, click the Start button.
 Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions to install your driver.
