The number of FRITZ! modules varies according to which type of
installation was performed, a standard installation or a complete
installation. For more information about the features and

under “Modems” in the Control Panel, which can be used in
Dial-Up Networking for connections to your Internet provider or
in other programs. A link to the Help for the AVM ISDN CAPI Port
Driver is created on the Desktop.
2.7 Installing Individual Software Components
Let’s assume that certain software components are already
installed, for example, FRITZ!, such that only selected programs
are to be installed now. The software components CAPI Port
Driver and FRITZ! are provided with their own installation
programs (SETUP.EXE), which can be started from the CD. To
install the driver software, follow the instructions in the
corresponding Readme files.
See the file CD_INFO.HTM for the exact contents of the CD.
2.8 Removing the Software Components
To remove FRITZ!Card PCI fully or partially, open the Control Pa-
nel (using “Start/Settings”) and double-click the

Select the components to be removed. Then click the

e button. The uninstallation program is started. All files
and entries are deleted from your computer. Repeat this
procedure if another component of FRITZ!Card PCI is to be
removed. Reboot your computer when you are finished.
