Fasteners, bolts,
nuts
Check all securing elements for tight fit
and corrosion
After 50-200 operating hours
Wire spool Lubricate wire spool bearing and check
for tight fit of securing bolts
After 50-200 operating hours
Brake Check brake operation, brake stroke,
brake disc and adjust brake as required
After 50-200 operating hours
NOTE! The wire spool must never touch the floor.
3. Periodic inspections
Take the hoist to an authorized service center for inspection often enough according to law
requirements.
WARNING! The following inspection procedures may only be carried out by an au-
thorized, qualified or properly trained person.
