  If your AWS Controller isn't charging, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the connection cable between the wind turbine and the controller is securely connected. If the connection is good, verify that the wind turbine output voltage has reached the necessary charging voltage and that the system voltage is appropriate. Also, check if the wind turbine is in 'Brake' status; if it braked automatically, wait for it to recover. If braked manually, press the button for 5 seconds to release the brake. Lastly, confirm that the battery isn't already fully charged by checking if the battery voltage has reached its output overvoltage.

  If the LCD on your AWS Controller isn't displaying anything, start by checking the wiring between the battery and the controller to ensure it's tightly connected; reconnect if necessary. Next, verify that the DC breaker between the battery and the controller is turned on. Also, recheck the label and parameters on the machine in case of low battery voltage. If the battery still doesn’t work, replace it with a new one.
