6 OPERATIONAL RESET
The Operational reset will erase all the set function . The operation will not be reversible, so please consider it
carefully before you do this.
1. The process is enter the code 990 as described in „Direct code setup” for any of the devices.
2. The LED under TV device button will blink three times to show the reset succeed.

Problem Try this:
Your brand or device is not listed
in the code list?
Your URC doest not operate
your device?
Your URC does not work
suddenly after setup verifi ed ok.
Your URC is not performing
commands properly?
Your URC does not respond after
pressing a key.
The LED indicator blinks or keeps
lighting during the normal use
(not during the setting).
a. Try the QUICK SEARCH.
b. Try the AUTO SEARCH.
a. Check the power of the batteries.
b. Try all the code list for your brand.
c. Try the QUICK SEARCH.
d. Try the AUTO SEARCH.
a. Check the power of batteries.
b. Make sure your URC be under the correct seletecd device
(if not, please press the selected device key).
a. You may be using a wrong code, try to re-setup your URC
with another code listed under your brand or start the search
method to locate the proper code.
b. Your URC has the main function but not all the function of
your original remote control.
c. Pressing any keys twice without the batteries, and then
install the batteries and reset the URC.
a. Make sure you are using a new battery.
b. Aiming the URC at your device.
a. Replace the batteries with 2 fresh, new AAA Alkaline
batteries.
