AXISVideoMotionDetection3isincludedwiththeAxisproductandisavailableunderSetup>Applications.TouseAXISVideo
MotionDetection,theapplicationmustrstbestarted.Toavoiddetectingunwantedobjects,theapplicationshouldbecongured.
Duringconguration,visualconrmationcanbeusedtohelpunderstandtheeffectofthedifferentlters.Whenvisualconrmation
isenabled,redpolygonsshowwhichobjectstheapplicationdetectsandgreenpolygonsshowwhichobjectstheapplicationignores.
Considerations
Beforeusingtheapplication,takethefollowingintoconsideration:
•Detectionaccuracymaybeaffectedbyweatherconditionssuchasheavyrainorsnow.
•MakesurethatthelightingconditionsarewithintheAxisproduct’sspecication.Addadditionallightingifneeded.
•Makesurethatthecameraisnotsubjecttoexcessivevibrations.Vibrationsmighttriggerfalsealarms.
•Smallanddistantobjectsmightnotbedetected.
