TheaccountissuccessfullyregisteredwiththeSIPserver.
Thereisaproblemwiththeaccount.Possiblereasonscanbeauthorizationfailure,thattheaccountcredentialsarewrong,
orthattheSIPservercan’tndtheaccount.
Thepeertopeer(default)accountisanautomaticallycreatedaccount.Youcandeleteitifyoucreateatleastoneotheraccount
andsetthataccountasdefault.ThedefaultaccountisalwaysusedwhenaVAPIX®ApplicationProgrammingInterface(API)call
ismadewithoutspecifyingwhichSIPaccounttocallfrom.
Account:ClicktocreateanewSIPaccount.
•Active:Selecttobeabletousetheaccount.
•Makedefault:Selecttomakethisthedefaultaccount.Theremustbeadefaultaccount,andtherecanonly
beonedefaultaccount.
•Name:Enteradescriptivename.Thiscan,forexample,bearstandlastname,arole,oralocation.Thenameis
notunique.
•UserID:Entertheuniqueextensionorphonenumberassignedtothedevice.
•Peer-to-peer:UsefordirectcallstoanotherSIPdeviceonthelocalnetwork.
•Registered:UseforcallstoSIPdevicesoutsidethelocalnetwork,throughaSIPserver.
•Domain:Ifavailable,enterthepublicdomainname.ItwillbeshownaspartoftheSIPaddresswhencallingother
accounts.
•Password:EnterthepasswordassociatedwiththeSIPaccountforauthenticatingagainsttheSIPserver.
•AuthenticationID:EntertheauthenticationIDusedforauthenticatingagainsttheSIPserver.Ifitisthesameasthe
userID,youdon’tneedtoentertheauthenticationID.
•CallerID:Thenamewhichispresentedtotherecipientofcallsfromthedevice.
•Registrar:EntertheIPaddressfortheregistrar.
•Transportmode:SelecttheSIPtransportmodefortheaccount:UPD,TCP,orTLS.WhenyouselectTLS,yougetthe
optiontousemediaencryption.
•Mediaencryption(onlywithtransportmodeTLS):Selectthetypeofencryptionformedia(audioandvideo)inSIPcalls.
•Certicate(onlywithtransportmodeTLS):Selectacerticate.
•Verifyservercerticate(onlywithtransportmodeTLS):Checktoverifytheservercerticate.
•SecondarySIPserver:TurnonifyouwantthedevicetotrytoregisteronasecondarySIPserverifregistration
ontheprimarySIPserverfails.

-UseSIPINFO(RFC2976):SelecttoincludetheINFOmethodtotheSIPprotocol.TheINFOmethodadds
optionalapplicationlayerinformation,generallyrelatedtothesession.
