•Cabletemperaturecanexceed60°C.Useasuitablecablefortheendapplication.
•Cableentriesintotheequipmentshallutilizesuitablycertiedcableglands,thread
adaptorsorplugsthatshallprovideaminimumdegreeofprotectiontomaintainthe
ingressratingoftheequipment.AsaminimumthisshouldbeIP66orIP67.
•Unusedcableentryaperturesshallbeclosedwithsuitablycertiedblankingplugs.
•Theprotectiveguardonthethermalhousingsmustnotberemoved.
•YieldstrengthoftheendcapfastenersisA4-80.
•Forcoalminingapplications,equipmentshallonlybeinstalledwhereithasbeen
assessedthatthereisalowriskofmechanicaldamagefromimpactswhichcould
compromisetheenclosure’sameproofprotection.
•Theequipmentshouldbeplacedinanareawherethereisalowriskofmechanical
damage.
