distortion,youcanuseHorizonstraighteningtogetanimagethatisperceivedasstraightandinlinewiththehorizon.

2.SetCapturemodetoadewarpedview.
3.SetMountingpositiontoWallmounted.
4.ClickSaveandrestart.
5.GotoVideo>StreamandsettheviewtoPanorama.
6.ClickHorizonstraighteningandusetheHorizonlineslidertoadjustthehorizon.

Selectexposuremode
Toimproveimagequalityforspecicsurveillancescenes,useexposuremodes.Exposuremodesletsyoucontrolaperture,shutter
speed,andgain.GotoVideo>Image>Exposureandselectbetweenthefollowingexposuremodes:
•Formostusecases,selectAutomaticexposure.
•Forenvironmentswithcertainarticiallighting,forexampleuorescentlighting,selectFlicker-free.
Selectthesamefrequencyasthepowerlinefrequency.
•Tolockthecurrentexposuresettings,selectHoldcurrent.
BenetfromIRlightinlow-lightconditionsbyusingnightmode
Yourcamerausesvisiblelighttodelivercolorimagesduringtheday.Butasthevisiblelightdiminishes,colorimagesbecomeless
brightandclear.Ifyouswitchtonightmodewhenthishappens,thecamerausesbothvisibleandnear-infraredlighttodeliverbright
anddetailedblack-and-whiteimagesinstead.Youcansetthecameratoswitchtonightmodeautomatically.

2.Tousethebuilt-inIRlightwhenthecameraisinnightmode,turnonAllowilluminationandSynchronizeillumination.
OptimizeIRillumination
Dependingontheinstallationenvironmentandtheconditionsaroundthecamera,forexampleexternallightsourcesinthescene,
youcansometimesimprovetheimagequalityifyoumanuallyadjusttheintensityoftheLEDs.Ifyouhaveproblemswithreections
fromtheLEDs,youcantrytoreducetheintensity.
