TochangeImageAppearancegotothemenusunderSetup>Video>CameraSettings.
TheimageBrightnesscanbeadjustedintherange0–100,whereahighervalueproducesabrighterimage.
IncreasingtheSharpnesscanincreasebandwidthusage.Asharperimagemightincreaseimagenoiseespeciallyinlowlight
conditions.Alowersettingreducesimagenoise,butthewholeimagewillappearlesssharp.
TheContrastchangestherelativedifferencebetweenlightanddark.Itcanbeadjustedusingtheslidebar.
Aboutexposuresettings
Conguretheexposuresettingstosuittheimagequalityrequirementsinrelationtotemperaturevariationsinthescene.
Automaticgaincontrol-Thissettingisusedtoautomaticallyadjustthegaintoanappropriaterange,theweakertheimagesignal,
thestrongerthegain.SelecttheLinearorEqualizationautomaticgaincontrolmethod.Thelatterusesahistogramequalization
method,whichadjuststhegaindynamicallybydistributingthemostfrequentintensityvalues.
Gain-Gainistheamountofamplicationappliedtoanimagesignal.Moregainmeansmorecontrastandmoredetailsbutalso
morenoise.Themaxgainvalueissetforallscenes,butaffectsprimarilylowcontrastscenescontrollingtheamountofallowednoise
intheimage,whichinturnalsolimitsthecontrast.

Overlaysaresuperimposedoverthevideostream.Theyareusedtoprovideextrainformationduringrecordings,suchasatimestamp,
orduringproductinstallationandconguration.
