  If your Axpert Inverter continues to operate in battery mode even when mains power is available, the issue might stem from a tripped input protector. Verify that the AC breaker hasn't tripped and that all AC wiring connections are secure. Alternatively, the AC power quality may be insufficient, particularly when using shore power or a generator. Ensure that AC wires are adequately thick and not excessively long. If using a generator, confirm it's functioning correctly and that the input voltage range setting on your UPS appliance is accurate.
