Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights.

DualElectronicsCorp.warrantsthis
product to the original purchaser to
be free from defects in material and
workmanshipforaperiodofoneyearfrom
the date of the original purchase.
DualElectronicsCorp.agrees,atour
option,duringthewarrantyperiod,
to repair any defect in material or
workmanshiportofurnishanequal
new,renewedorcomparableproduct
(whicheverisdeemednecessary)in
exchangewithoutcharges,subjectto
verificationofthedefectormalfunctionand
proofofthedateofpurchase.Subsequent
replacementproductsarewarrantedfor
thebalanceoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod.
Who is covered?Thiswarrantyis
extended to the original retail purchaser
for products purchased from an authorized
DualdealerandusedintheU.S.A.
What is covered?Thiswarrantycovers
alldefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipin
thisproduct.Thefollowingarenotcovered:
software,installation/removalcosts,
damage resulting from accident, misuse,
abuse, neglect, product modification,
improperinstallation,incorrectlinevoltage,
unauthorizedrepairorfailuretofollow
instructionssuppliedwiththeproduct,or
damage occurring during return shipment
oftheproduct.Specificlicenseconditions
andcopyrightnoticesforthesoftwarecan

1.Beforeyoucallforservice,checkthe

manual.Aslightadjustmentofany
customcontrolsmaysaveyouaservice

packtheproduct(preferablyinthe
originalpackage)andshipitbyprepaid
transportationwithacopyoftheoriginal
receipt from the retailer to an
