Theinputlevelcontrol(gain)isusedtoobtainthebest
possiblematchbetweentheheadunitaudiooutputandthe
amplifierinput.Beginbyturningtheinputlevelcontrolfully
counterclockwise.Next,turnuptheheadunitvolumecontrol
around3/4ofthewayup.Adjusttheinputlevelcontrol
clockwiseuntilaudibledistortionisheard,thenslightly
counterclockwisetoprovidethebestmatch.
Repeatforallinputlevelcontrols.
Thecrossoverisusedtofilteroutfrequenciesaboveor
belowacertainpoint.ChooseLPFwhenusingtheamplifier
withsubwoofers,HPFwhenusingwithmidrange/tweeter
combinations and FLATwhenusingwithcoaxial-type
speakers.
Note: Choose FLATwhenusingtheamplifierinstereo/
bridgedsimultaneousmode.Inthismode,passive
crossoversarerequired.Failuretousethecorrectpassive
componentsmaydamagetheamplifierand/orspeakers.

Thiscontrolallowspreciseadjustmentofthecrossover
frequency.
Thiscontrolprovidesadditionalboost@45Hzwhenused
withsubwoofers.Adjustthiscontrolwithcaution-as
improperusecandamagespeakers!
Settingthiscontroltothedesiredfrequencywilllimit
harmfulfrequenciesbelowthesettingfromgoingtothe
subwoofer(s),preventingpossibledamagefromfrequencies
thatsubwoofersarenotdesignedtohandle.
ThegreenLEDindicatorilluminatesduringnormaloperation
(POWER)andtheredLEDindicatorisvisiblewhenthe
amplifierdetectsafault(PROTECT).
