fromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
foraperiodofoneyearfromthedateof
theoriginalpurchase.
DualElectronicsCorp.agrees,atour
option,duringthewarrantyperiod,torepair
anydefectinmaterialorworkmanship
ortofurnishanequalnew,renewed
orcomparableproduct(whicheveris
deemednecessary)inexchangewithout
charges,subjecttoverificationofthe
defectormalfunctionandproofofthedate
ofpurchase.Subsequentreplacement
productsarewarrantedforthebalanceof
theoriginalwarrantyperiod.

extendedtotheoriginalretailpurchaser
forproductspurchasedfromanauthorized
DualdealerandusedintheU.S.A.
What is covered?Thiswarrantycovers
alldefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipin
thisproduct.Thefollowingarenotcovered:
software,installation/removalcosts,
damageresultingfromaccident,misuse,
abuse,neglect,productmodification,
improperinstallation,incorrectlinevoltage,
unauthorizedrepairorfailuretofollow
instructionssuppliedwiththeproduct,or
damageoccurringduringreturnshipment
oftheproduct.Specificlicenseconditions
andcopyrightnoticesforthesoftwarecan
