If your Ayce Air Conditioner isn't cooling or is making noise, here are a few things to check: 1. Ensure the unit is turned ON using the control panel or remote. 2. If you want to use cooling function, make sure the COOL function is activated from the remote or control panel. 3. If 'COOL' is selected, check and refill the water tank if it's low or empty. 4. Check the remote control batteries and replace them if necessary. Try operating the unit using the control panel. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be damaged pump or calcium deposits on blower or the control panel on the unit may be damaged, consider contacting Customer Service Center.
