5. This warranty does not apply to damage while in the
possession of the consumer not resulting, in AzEP’s sole opinion,
from a defect in material or workmanship.
6. This warranty does not apply to damage caused, in AzEP’s
sole opinion, by misuse or tampering with any SureShot
™
equipment or components.
7. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of water, or
other liquid, spilled on (or in) the Control Unit.
8. This warranty does not cover scratches on the equipment
caused by use.
9. All postage, insurance and shipping costs incurred in
presenting or sending this equipment to AzEP are your
responsibility.
This warranty is not transferable.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that this unit is installed,
maintained and operated correctly. AzEP is not responsible for
physical damage, video interference, failed transmissions, or
financial loss resulting from the use of this equipment.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have
other rights which vary from state to state.
