INTRODUCTION
This SureShot™ Wireless Remote Controller is an RF wireless
control system based on the LINX chipset. The handheld remote
has a transmission range of up to 750 feet and can be set to any
of 16,777,216 unique addresses. It uses a single 3V CR2032
lithium button power cell.
The handheld remote device can provide up to 8 functions.

Key Placement
· Keys 1 through 4 control SPDT relays in the
SureShot™ Controller. These contacts are available through the
DB15 connector on the rear panel.
· Keys 5 and 6 provide user-programmable serial data
strings via serial port 1. Keys 7 and 8 provide user-programmable
serial data strings via serial port 2. Both serial ports are
accessed via DB9 connectors on the rear of the control unit. The
pinout is standard RS232 format (DB9 … pin 2 = data-in, pin 3 =
data-out, pin 5 = common).
