LIMITED WARRANTY
Arizona Engineered Products LLC (AzEP) warrants that if your
SureShot
™
Wireless Remote Controller is defective in materials or
workmanship, AzEP will, at its option, repair or replace defective
part(s) during a period of one (1) year following your purchase,
subject to the following limitations and exclusions:

1. To obtain service, you must present or send the

2. The limited one-year warranty and remedy set forth above is in
lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any
warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for any
particular purpose, and all other remedies, obligations or liabilities
on the part of AzEP.
3. In addition, AzEP hereby disclaims liability for indirect, special,
or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied
warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability and
any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, with
respect to this SureShot
™
equipment.
4. The duration of any implied warranty which might exist by
operation of law shall be limited to one (1) year from the date of
original purchase.
