The Rolio seat walker is a mobility aid designed to assist individuals with walking and provide a convenient seating option when needed. This user manual covers both the Rolio and Rolio+ models, with the primary difference being their maximum user weight limits.

Function Description:

The Rolio seat walker serves as a walking aid, offering stability and support to users. It features hand grips for comfortable handling, a braking system for controlled movement and stopping, and a built-in seat for resting. An adjustable backrest enhances comfort when using the walker as a seat. Additionally, it includes a tote bag for carrying personal items. The walker is designed to be foldable for easy storage and transport.

Usage Features:

Unfolding the Rolio:

The Rolio walker comes fully assembled. To unfold it, place the walker on its wheels on a flat surface. Then, press down on the tubes at each side of the seat until they lock into place with an audible click.

Folding the Rolio:

To fold the walker, firmly pull the strap located on top of the seat. Secure the walker by pushing the two sides of the frame together until an audible click is heard. To unlock the handles, pull them apart.

Braking System:

• To Slow or Stop: Squeeze both brake levers upwards to apply the brakes. Always apply brake pressure evenly for safe stopping.
• To Lock Brakes (for seating): Push down on each brake lever until they lock into place.
• To Unlock Brakes: Pull up on the brake levers.

Attaching/Removing the Tote Bag:

Attach the tote bag by sliding the plastic clip on the bag into the plastic connector on the frame.

Adjusting Handle Height:

1. Press and hold the height adjustment button.
2. Move the handgrip up or down to the desired height.
3. Release the adjustment button; the handgrip will automatically lock into the next possible height position.
4. Adjust both sides to the same height to ensure even support.

• Pro Tip: For ideal height, ensure the top of the handle aligns with your wrist when standing upright.

Using Rolio as a Seat:

Before using the Rolio as a seat, ensure it is positioned on a level surface and the brakes are in the locked position. Lock the brakes by pushing down on the brake levers until they click into place. It is crucial not to lean back or to the sides when seated, as this is a walking aid only and not designed for movement while seated.

Adjusting the Backrest:

• To Adjust Backrest Height:
  1. Loosen the height adjustment knob located below the handgrip.
  2. Slide the backrest up or down to the desired height.
  3. Tighten the knob to secure the position.
• To Adjust Backrest Depth:
  1. Press and hold the silver adjustment button on the backrest.
  2. Slide the backrest in or out to achieve the desired depth.
  3. Release the adjustment button and ensure it clicks securely into place.

Important Safety Information:

• Ensure all components are correctly and securely installed before use.
• Users must have sufficient strength to safely operate and control the walker and its hand brakes.
• Always lock the brakes before using the walker seat.
• Do not unlock the brakes until you are standing.
• Adhere strictly to the maximum user weight limits (136 kg for Rolio, 180 kg for Rolio+).
• Avoid storing the walker in direct sunlight or near heated sources, as this can cause parts to heat up and potentially lead to injury.
• Do not place more than 4.5 kg of items in the tote bag.
• Never move the walker while seated; it is intended solely as a walking aid.
• Incorrect use of the Rolio will void the warranty.
• Store the user manual in a safe place for future reference.

Frame Maintenance:

• Wipe the Rolio frame with a damp cloth for general cleaning.
• For more stubborn dirt, use a mild detergent solution with warm water.

• Clean the wheels using a damp brush with plastic bristles. Avoid using a wire brush, as this may damage the rubber or painted finish.

Bag & Seat Maintenance:

• Regularly clean the bag and seat with a mild detergent solution and warm water.
