Tip: If you also have a rain tent, retrieve the instruc on manual for it and
perform the steps for a achment of the rain tent now. It will be a lot easier to
do this at this stage than a er the cargo bike is completely assembled.
1. A ach the bo om sec on of the front panel to the subframe using a short
bolt (see Figure 28 and detail picture S), placing the two plas c washers (1)
between the front panel and the connec on point of the subframe.
2. Next, a ach the front panel to the connec on profi les (front) using 2 short
bolts in the middle holes of the profi les and 2 long bolts in the bo om holes
of the profi le. (see Figure 29 and detail picture T).
Important! Adhere to the specifi ed order for nuts, bolts and washers in order
to secure everything in the best possible way (see detail pictures S and T).
3. Secure the rubber strip onto the edge of the bo om panel, as illustrated in
Figure 30, making sure to fi rmly press down on the strip at all points in order
to secure it properly.
Important! If the rubber strip is too long, secure the strip and cut off the
excess length.
