Control
- Saw motor is not turning on
o Try resetting the machine with the Reset Push Button on the Panel
o Enable the Web Access for the PLC200 as shown in the MiterX Service Manual
o Check for Input/Output issues in the “InputOutput_Status” and
“SawVFD_CyclicStatus” watch tables
o If the issue is still unknown, check for the fault code in the “SawVFD_FaultCode”
watch table and contact BACA
- Carriage motor is not turning right or left
o Try resetting the machine with the Reset Push Button on the Panel
o Check the conditions of the Left and Right Limit Sensors and make sure they’re
intact and free from dust
o Enable the Web Access for the PLC200 as shown in the MiterX Service Manual
o Check for Input/Output issues in the “InputOutput_Status” and
“CarriageVFD_CyclicStatus” watch tables
o If the issue is still unknown, check for the fault code in the “CarriageVFD_FaultCode”
watch table and contact BACA
