Gazebo Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Corner Post Assembly

Insert Corner Posts into Base Cover and attach Base Plates using bolts. Tighten all bolts.

Step 2: Short Lintel Assembly

Assemble short lintels, center lintel covers, and lintel brackets using connectors and bolts.

Step 3: Long Lintel Assembly

Assemble long lintels with center lintel covers, lintel brackets, and top lintel brackets.

Step 4: Attach Long Lintels to Corner Posts

Attach Long Lintels to the outside of Corner Posts using bolts and tighten.

Step 5: Attach Short Lintels to Corner Posts

Attach Short Lintels to the outside of Corner Posts using bolts and tighten.

Step 6: Attach Support Bars and Lintel Covers

Attach support bars to corner posts/lintels and corner lintel covers to lintels.

Step 7: Assemble Main Roof Center Frame

Connect short and long connectors to form the main roof center frame.

Step 8: Attach Roof Frame Supports and Brackets

Attach connector brackets, mosquito netting connectors, and corner supports to the roof frame and posts.

Step 9: Attach Vertical Center Supports

Attach vertical center supports to the main roof center frame and lintel brackets.

Step 10: Attach Vertical Supports and Netting Tubes

Attach vertical center supports to short connectors and insert netting tubes into brackets.

Step 11: Assemble Mosquito Netting Frame

Connect netting tubes to lintel brackets and attach tubes to netting connectors.

Step 12: Assemble Roof Vent Frame

Assemble the roof vent frame by attaching corner supports to the center support and adding the vent hook.

Step 13: Attach Roof Vent Frame to Gazebo Structure

Secure the roof vent frame to the main roof center frame and attach long sides.

Roof Vent and Main Roof Panel Assembly

Step 14: Install Roof Vent Panels

Place and attach left and right roof vent panels to the roof vent frame using bolts, washers, and spacers.

Step 15: Attach Roof Vent Trims

Attach long side trim, corner trim, and top trim to the roof vent frame using bolts and washers.

Step 16: Attach Main Roof Horizontal Supports

Attach upper and lower main roof horizontal supports to the corner and center supports using bolts and washers.

Step 17: Install Main Roof Panels

Install main roof panels on short and long sides, overlapping them and attaching with bolts, washers, and spacers.

Step 18: Attach Main Roof Lower Trim

Attach main roof trim to corner and center supports, using trim connectors and bolts.

Step 19: Attach Roof Corner and Upper Center Trim

Attach main roof corner trim to supports and short/long center frame trim to connectors.

Step 20: Attach Netting

Attach roof vent mosquito netting to frame and mosquito netting to hooks.

Step 21: Insert Ground Stakes

Insert ground stakes into the base plates at each corner for stability.

Maintenance and Care

Frame and Fabric Care

Clean steel/aluminum frames and fabric canopy with mild soap and water. Protect wood frames annually.
