Instructions for changing engine oil filter:
 •Drainengineoilout.
 •Installoillter.
 •Addoiltocrankcase(UTVbyBadBoyEngineLubricantSAE10w40:partnumber785-1030-00)
 •Engineoilcapacity:3500/3860c.cc
 •Installdipstick,runtheengineforseveralminutes.
 •Turnofftheengineandcheckoillevelagain.
 •Checkforanyengineoilleaks.
Differential Oil
Instructions for changing:
 •Removeoilllerbolt.
 •Removedrainpluganddraingearoil.
 •Installthedrainplug.
 •Makesurethatthedrainboltwashercanbereusedorreplaced.
 •Addoiltospeciedquantity.(oilviscositySAE80-90#)
 •GearOilQuantity:300-350ml.
Fuse and Battery
In order to access the battery or to replace the fuse, you first remove the seat. Under the seat on the driver’s side, you will find
the fuses.
Note: Only install the correct fuse for replacement. If the fuse should fail several times, you should immediately consult your
authorized dealer.
Instructions for installation:
 •Lifttheseat.Youcanseethebattery.Thebatteryisasealedtype.Youcantakeittoyoudealertocheckthe
battery’s charge condition periodically. In order to remove the battery, loosen the bolts from the battery clamp then remove the
battery.Whenthebatteryneedstoberecharged,use1.8Acurrentfor5-10hours.Maximumchargingrate:9Ax1hr.
Reversing the battery lead wires can harm your UTV, the battery and\or the charging system.
 •Whenconnectingthebattery,connecttheredwirewiththemark(+)andtheblackwirewiththemark(-)ofthe
battery, Note:connecttheredwire(+)rst,thentheblackwire(-).
Disconnect the battery when not in use for long periods of time.
Attention: The maximum power consumption must not exceed 5a.
