  If your Baltur Burner goes into lock-out, spraying fuel but the flame does not ignite, here are a few things to check: 1. The pump pressure may not be normal, so remove it. 2. There may be water in the fuel; if so, remove it from the tank with a suitable pump (never use the burner pump for this purpose). 3. The combustion air flow could be excessive; if so, reduce it. 4. The air passage between the disk and blast tube might be excessively closed; in this case, rectify the position of the combustion head control device. 5. The nozzle could be worn or fouled; if so, clean or replace it.

  If your Baltur Burner goes into lock-out, spraying fuel but the flame does not ignite and the red lamp is on, and assuming your fuel is in good condition, check the following: 1. The ignition circuit may be severed; check the entire circuit. 2. The ignition transformer leads may have dried out; replace them. 3. The ignition transformer leads may not be properly connected; lock them. 4. The ignition transformer may be interrupted; replace it. 5. The electrode tips may not be at the correct distance; return them to the required position. 6. The electrodes may discharge to earth because they are dirty or due to cracked insulation; also check under the insulation clamps; clean or replace them, if necessary.

Lack of voltage due to the main switch being off or meter maximum switch tripped or lack of voltage in the mains. Activate switches or wait for power to return. 4. Thermostat line not wired according to diagram or some thermostat has not activated. Check connections and thermostats. 5. Fault in the appliance. Replace it.

Open the gate valve on the suction pipe if it is closed. 6. Remove and thoroughly clean the nozzle if it is clogged. 7. If the motor (three-phase) rotates in the wrong direction, change one phase in the supply switch. 8. Remove and clean the bottom valve if it is leaking or jammed. 9. Replace the pump if it is defective. 10. Check and replace the solenoid valve if it is inefficient. 11. Contact the electric company if the voltage is too low.
