If power is confirmed, check the transmitter's battery and replace it if necessary. Verify that your transmitter uses Tri-Tran+ Technology, indicated by grey buttons and model number V2 on the back. Also, confirm that the opener isn't in “Vacation Mode” and, if so, disable it. Lastly, ensure the transmitter button is correctly programmed to operate the door, and that you are pressing the correct button.
