Assembly

Assemble the Rail

Grease and connect rail sections using the rail brace.

Place and secure the sprocket cover and install the trolley stop bolt.

Assemble Header Sleeve

Set spring tension for the chain/belt by adjusting the spring nut.

Position the Header Bracket

Mark the header wall for bracket placement based on door height and travel.

Adjustment
