• Brake: The Batec has two brake levers on the handlebar that activate the
disc brakes. Squeeze the lever to activate the brakes. Advice: Use one hand
to accelerate and the other to brake. Advice: Always keep two fingers on
the brake lever in order to respond quickly. Pressing on the brake lever and
the red lever at the same time blocks the brake lever, acting as a parking
brake.
