4.11. OPERATING THE BATEC MANUAL CONTROLS
• Move: Grab the handles tightly and turn the crank arms of your Batec
forward, making sure the cables are always up.
• Brake: The Batec has two brake levers on the pedals that activate the disc
brakes. Squeeze the levers to activate the brakes.
