• Move: Grab the handles tightly and turn the crank arms of your Batec
forward, making sure the cables are always up. When you have turned the
pedals approximately ¼ of a turn, the sensor on the pedal axle will activate
the electric motor. Use the display panel to select the speed from the five
positions available.
