Ensure the medium is thoroughly mixed and homogenized to maintain a uniform solid cake speed, especially if the incoming concentration of solids fluctuates greatly or the separated medium has too little solid content. If solids are too fine and lack a fibrous structure, use a finer screen.

  If the solid cake from your Bauer Water Filtration System is very hard, and the solid matter comes out slowly and very dry, and the amperemeter indicates higher values than usual, reduce the leverage of the weights to decrease the contact pressure of the output regulator, as excessive force could damage the screen. Also, check the consistency of the supply medium and the supply line for any blockages, especially if the supply medium or line has been changed.
