    • M
      Mr. Richard DoyleAug 1, 2025
First, ensure the batteries are correctly installed, paying attention to the (+/–) polarity. Remove any obstructions between the remote and the TV's sensor. Check if the power indicator blinks when you press the remote's power button; if not, replace the batteries. Try pointing the remote directly at the sensor from about 1.5-1.8 meters away.

      Luis DanielAug 6, 2025
Ensure the AC power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet and that the outlet is switched on. If you're using a multi-outlet, verify that it's functioning correctly by plugging the TV directly into a wall outlet. Also, try turning on the TV using the power button located on the TV itself.

What to do if there is no picture or sound on my Bauhn ATV70UHDW-0321 LCD TV from external device?
    • M
      Manuel JamesAug 10, 2025
Verify that the connection to the external device is correct and all cables are fully inserted. Disconnect and reconnect all cables connected to both the TV and the external devices. If possible, try using new cables. Restart the connected devices by unplugging their power cords and plugging them back in. If 'No Signal' is displayed, make sure the correct input source is selected. When using a 4K playback device, use a High-Speed HDMI cable.

Why is there no sound on my Bauhn LCD TV?
    • M
      martinezronaldAug 14, 2025
First, check that the volume isn't muted. If it is, press the VOL+ button. If earphones are plugged in, unplug them. Make sure the connection to any external audio device is correct and that all cables are fully inserted. Also, ensure the correct input source and audio settings are selected on the external audio device. Try moving the TV away from other electronic devices that might cause interference. If using HDMI, make sure the external device supports HDMI-ARC and the ARC setting is on, if applicable. If using an optical cable, check that Menu > Sound > Sound Out > Select Optical and then Menu > Sound > Additional Settings > Digital Sound Out is set to PCM.

How to fix Bauhn ATV70UHDW-0321 LCD TV smart apps not working?
    • C
      Cheryl CharlesAug 19, 2025
Make sure your TV is connected to the internet. For the best streaming quality, ensure you have a high-speed internet connection. An unstable connection can cause delays or interruptions, and applications might close automatically. If this happens, check your internet connection and try again.

What to do if Bauhn ATV70UHDW-0321 LCD TV USB storage device is not recognised?
    • R
      Robin RiveraAug 27, 2025
While this TV has been tested with most Flash memory-based devices and hard disks (media players with HDD), it might not be compatible with all devices. If your external hard drive has its own power adapter, make sure to use it. Only use a USB storage device formatted in a FAT32 file system provided with the Windows operating system. Devices formatted by other utilities might not be recognised. The TV might not recognise the USB device or read the files if connected with a USB extension cable. Files using unsupported codecs or containers will not play. Some files may not play correctly if there's an error in the content or container, and certain files may not play depending on how they are encoded.

Why is there no internet connection on my Bauhn LCD TV?
    • A
      Amanda BurtonNov 22, 2025
If using Wi-Fi, double-check that the Wi-Fi password is correct. Try turning off your access point, waiting two minutes, and then turning it back on. Ensure there are no obstructions between the TV and the access point, as appliances, cordless phones, and stone walls can weaken the Wi-Fi signal. Reduce interference by turning off other wireless devices. If the Wi-Fi connection continues to fail, connect the TV to the access point using a LAN cable. If a wired connection works, the problem might be with the Wi-Fi access point, so try using a different one. When using a LAN cable, make sure it's CAT 5 or higher and securely plugged in at both ends. If using a static IP, verify that the network addresses are entered correctly.
