MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
1. Store the tool, the user manual and accessories in the original package.
CLEANING
1. Ventilation openings and switch levers must be kept clean and free of foreign matter.
Do not attempt to clean by inserting pointed objects through openings.
2. Clean the tool using a cloth regularly.
3. Certain cleaning agents and sol vents damage plastic parts. It is recommended to
clean the tool with a wet cloth and a soft detergent. Water must not be used for cleaning
the tool.
CAUTION: Do not use cleaning agents to clean the plastic parts of the tool. It is
recommended to use detergent in a damp cloth. The water should never come in
contact with the tool.
SERVICE
1. The power cord must only be serviced by a Service Facility if it is damaged.
2. The brushes should be inspected frequently when tools are used continuously. If your
tool runs sporadically, loses power, makes unusual noises or runs at a reduced speed,
check the brushes and must be changed by a Service Facility.
