Although neither the VarioUltra Manual nor BrailleBack Help mention
any functionality for D1, D3, D4, or D6, they work as alternative
navigation commands. See the notes in the Navigation Commands listed
below.
o Move to previous item: Navistick Left. (Note: D3 also performs this
action.)
o Move to next item: Navistick Right. (Note: D6 also performs this
action.)
o Move to previous line: Navistick Up. (Note: D1 also performs this
action.)
o Move to next line: Navistick Down. (Note: D4 also performs this
action.)
o Pan right: D5.
o Pan left: D2.
o Scroll forward: B6 + Navistick Down. (Note: Section 15.2 lists B9 +
Navistick Down.)
o Scroll backward: B6 + Navistick Up. (Note: Section 15.2 lists B9 +
Navistick Up.)
o Top of screen: B7 + Navistick Up.
o Bottom of screen: B7 + Navistick Down.
o Reminder: If the functions of D1 through D6 have been reversed,
BrailleBack commands must be altered accordingly.
o Double-tap selected item: Navistick Press
Double-tap item under finger: Press cursor routing key above
word.
o Long press current item: B6 + Navistick Press. (Note: Section 15.2
lists B9 + Navistick press.)
o Long press item under finger: Long press cursor routing key above

o Back Button: B9+B1+B2. (Note: Section 15.2 calls this item the
'Backspace key'. Activating this command moves the user up one
screen. For example: From an open email message to the Inbox.)
o Home Button: B9+B1+B2+B5.
o Open Recent Apps: B9+B1+B2+B3+B5.
o Open Notification Panel: B9+B1+B3+B4+B5.
o Toggle on-screen search: B9+B3+B4.
o Toggle Labeling Menu: B9+B7+B1+B3+B4.

o Enter key (While editing text): B9+B8.
