c) Use the Navistick to move left or right among the list of open
documents.
d) When you get to the file you wish to use, tap B9. You will then be
returned to this open document in the Word Processor.
4.6.2 Edit Menu.
The Edit Menu for Word Processor includes the following options:
_ Cut
_ Copy
_ Paste
_ Delete
_ Mark Block Start/End
_ Highlight All
_ Find
_ Find Next
_ Replace
_ Set Bookmark
_ Jump to Bookmark
Additional information and instruction now follows for the Edit Menu
options.
1) Cut. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut command x+B9B8.
a) Highlight the text you wish to cut.
b) Go to Edit > Cut to remove the highlighted text and place it on the
clipboard.
2) Copy. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut command c+B9B8.
a) Highlight the text you wish to copy.
b) Go to Edit > Copy to copy the highlighted text to the clipboard.
3) Paste. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut command v+B9B8.
a) Position the cursor at the desired location within a document, or
within a text box in VarioUltra.
b) Go to Edit > Paste to copy contents of the clipboard at the cursor
position.
4) Delete. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut command B9+B7.
a) Highlight the text you wish to delete.
b) Go to Edit > Delete to delete the highlighted text.
5) Mark Block Start/End. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut
command B9+B1B4.
a) Before you can copy or cut or delete text, you need to highlight it.
Use this feature to mark the beginning and end positions for
highlighting.
