Why does the fuse keep blowing on my Baumalight TRL536D Utility Vehicle?
    • S
      sean73Sep 23, 2025
If a fuse is blown in your Baumalight Utility Vehicle, it could be due to several reasons: * An overloaded 12 Volt receptacle. Unplug the load on the receptacle and replace the fuse. * Solenoid failure. Test the solenoid, replace it if necessary, and replace the fuse. * Exposed wires. Check for worn or damaged wiring, repair the wires or replace the harness if necessary, and replace the fuse.

What to do if my Baumalight Compact Loader unit will not move?
    • L
      Larry SimonAug 23, 2025
If your Baumalight Compact Loader won't move, make sure the park brake is disengaged and that the operator is standing on the operator platform, verifying the switch is engaged. Also, check the fuse on the circuit from the Lofa panel and replace it if necessary. You can find the fuse in the harness located behind the Lofa instrument panel in the engine compartment. Finally, check for power to the boom valve by checking if the light on the boom valve solenoid (A) connector is on with the engine stopped and the ignition switch in the on position. If the light is not on, check the fuse. If the fuse is good, check the wiring between the boom valve and fuse block. Also, the operator on board switch might not function properly, check the switch operation and replace it if necessary.

If your Baumalight Compact Loader's engine cranks but doesn't start, it could be due to several reasons: The auxiliary hydraulic control might be turned on, so turn it off. The battery could be discharged, so charge and load test it, replacing it if necessary. It might be too cold. There could be a solenoid failure, so test and replace it if needed. Also, check for worn or damaged wiring and repair or replace the harness if necessary.
