o Press the light button to switch the bulbs on and off. You can
switch the lights on, even if the hood is not operating.
IMPORTANT: IDEALLY YOU SHOULD SWITCH ON
YOUR HOOD TEN MINUTES BEFORE YOU START TO
COOK, OR AT THE VERY LEAST WHEN YOU BEGIN
COOKING. YOU SHOULD ALSO RUN YOUR HOOD FOR
TEN MINUTES AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED COOKING.
Setting the time of day
o Press and hold the timer button, until the first two digits of the
display start to flash.
o Release the timer button, then use the Add/ON button and
Dec/OFF button to set the hour time.
o Press the timer button again and the second two digits of the
display will start to flash.
o Use the Add/ON button and Dec/OFF button to set the minute
time.
o Once the time of day is shown correctly on the display, press the
timer button for the third time to confirm it.
The timer
o You can use the cooker hood’s timer, to set the cooker hood to
run for a particular period of time and then switch off.
o You can get the cooker hood to countdown for the following
periods of time:-

1 5 minutes
2 15 minutes
3 30 minutes
4 Timer function cancelled
o Once you have set a countdown period, the cooker hood will
start to countdown. The time remaining until the cooker hood
shuts off will show on the display.
o When the countdown time has been reached, 00:00 will appear
and the cooker hood will stop running.
