Fitting the carbon filter
If the appliance is being used to be used in recirculation mode then it
is necessary to fit carbon filters. This will help to absorb unpleasant
odours caused by cooking.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO FIT OR
REMOVE THE CARBON FILTER, YOU MUST
ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE DISCONNECTED THE
COOKER HOOD FROM YOUR MAINS SUPPLY.
1) Remove the grease filters.
2) The line drawing above shows what you will see after removing the
grease filters.
o The carbon filter will be fitted over the motor casing hole and
there is a fixing point in the top right hand corner (both indicated
by arrows in the above drawing).
